I'm playing fiftth part of campaign and as in title my guards are not doing their jobs.They let dead lie where they died or in mourge. Also prisoners are dying of hunger because they are not assigned to cells. I have at least fifty free cells. I did everything that I found online: changing security, searching whole prison, allowing prisoners to go to lesser quality cells, hiring new guards and doctors, and nothing works. Any idea how to fix that?
It also happened to me in chapter four, but then I had 100 bodies lying everywhere, also people were dying in infirmary because doctors were just walking around and doing nothing.
