Hello fellow inmates,

We hope you enjoy your time with Prison Architect and would like to thank you for supporting both Introversion and ourselves with your purchases.

To enable you all to better enjoy your incarceration and have more fun with the game's "Escape Mode", we've created this thread to help you upload, share and run riot in one another's prisons.

Once you've created your maximum security prison for others to escape from, you'll need to save your prison. Then, to share your prison, you'll need to upload and share the .prison file associated with your prison.

The file can be found at the following locations:

Windows: C:\Users\~\AppData\Local\Introversion\Prison Architect\saves

Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/Prison Architect/saves/

Linux: ~/.Prison Architect/saves

This is also the same location you'll need to copy other .prison files to and once copied, you'll be able to load the prison in regular play and Escape mode.

Once you have the file, please archive/zip it and upload the file to a file-hosting service of your choice, make the share-link publicly accessible and post it here :).

We recommend using services such as Dropbox, Google Drive, One Drive, etc. since they're all free and popular, so most of you will already have accounts.

We'd kindly ask that you restrict the contents of your uploads to just the .prison file and, if needed, a README.txt file explaining any nuances with your prison. We'll be keeping an eye on the uploads (and of course trying a few out ourselves :D) and any posts with links that contain contraband that shouldn't be there will be removed.
