Anyone find a fix for the laggy text boxes? Running on windows 10.

I just started playing this game and noticed the same problem. As soon as a dialogue box appears in game (not the cut scenes) the game slows horribly. If you move the screen away from the box it gets better but obviously you can't read anything then.

I noticed it was worse if I played at a higher resolution. At 1024 x 768 the game almost stopped during a conversation but at the minimum resolution it is acceptable.

I have not found any solution to it at all.
