I have this game on steam, both english and chinese version, chinese version is updated with resolution and widescreen, does this version is too? English version on steam is not "updated", so I wanna know if this is the same version or another

Unfortunately this does not work for me when use it. On Win10 and the game fails to start. Instead I get a message from Windows saying "This app can't run on your PC"
