I'm having a really hard time getting the Steam Overlay working with this game. Installed it on a separate drive as to not run into Windows permission problems with the "program files" folder.

So when I add the princeofpersia.exe to steam and try to start it, it gives me the standard windows popup asking if I want to give this program permission to make changes to my PC. Does that mean the game is trying to run with elevated permissions, aka "run as admin"? Because this same popup is not coming up if I start it over GOG Galaxy but the problem is the same: Steam Overlay is not working and the Steam Controller is defaulting to the standard Windows settings.

I actually made sure the "Run as Admin" option is disabled on both .exe files but it still seams to run with elevated permissions.

The only "fix" I found is to also run Steam as an Admin but the can't be the answer to this problem. I'd rather not do that as a permanent solution.

Maybe you guys have any more ideas how to restrict this game to not run with elevated permissions because I'm totally out of ideas -.-
