I don't think the epilogue was ever programmed for PC.

I consider this a good thing though... I actually loved the original ending. ;)

Does it come with all the skins? I want to see them all.

Getting all the skins should be possible in all editions. Some can be unlocked by entering - now public domain - codes, others by finishing the game, others by finishing the game perfectly (1001 light seeds collected).
