I've been playing through the Prince of Persia trilogy, just started The Two Thrones and immediately noticed that every single sound effect and voice-over in the game sounds heavily compressed. (I can't hear problems with the music, though.) It's weird considering that the previous two games sounded just fine (and especially weird hearing some of the same sound effects from Warrior Within in such low quality). Fiddling with the sound options doesn't seem to change anything, either.

Did anyone else have/notice this problem? The crappy sound is kind of getting on my nerves. I'm guessing that the third game had bad luck with a shoddier port.
