It's in the level after you defeat the Empress and where you're being chased by the Dahaka. After I got all 3 stone slabs to lower; the crypt never fully raised and now I have floating ledges with like a invisible wall. It's in the 'The long road home' level.

Nevermind, I restarted my game from the last save point and it worked just fine.

This game is so glitchy I just gave up after the Thrall fight in the prison and discovered that the game had lost hit detection on cracked walls so I couldn't break them (didn't even detect a hit)

I could have tried from an older save, but I had already done so 4 times before, and I just couldn't stomach going through droves of booooooring fight scenes again.

If it wasn't for the glitches, the fight scenes would have gotten me in the end. Fighting with a keyboard and mouse is an exercise in frustration and I'm not buying a fricking gamepad.
