I understand Wormwood said there would be a game set in the same world but not actually be a sequel but I wonder if they've considered other media as a way to tell what happens with, what I think was, the "good" ending (if I were to sit down and categorize ala Silent Hill ending) Horatio and the gang of 'bots after they fix the UNIIC.

When the Penny Arcade games were dumped by their studio/publisher PA continued it as a series of literature chapters on their website. When Smallville was cancelled the next "season" was distributed digitally as a weekly comic.

What I'm saying here is have you guys thought of telling more tales of the crew in any other format? With the wonderful visuals I think a comic would be great and one I would gladly pay for. (Comixology, the big online distro for digital comics from DC and Marvel and Image etc has a Comixology Submit program where you can get your comics up for sale so there's a route to take, possibly).

Either way I'm satisfied with the game and ready for your next one. Wadjet Eye has gotten good with introducing me to small studios and developers that I just fall in love with and Wormwood is one of them!
There's a super secret fan-project that just got an official blessing from the creators.

But it's super secret, so I won't tell... yet ;-)
I just don't think there's much to tell about Horatio and crew -- they've all more or less had their full character arcs. I think it's wonderful if other people want to continue the story, though. The first thing I wrote that anyone ever read was a piece of Final Fantasy 3 fan fiction almost 20 years ago!

Interesting! I'm not familiar with the AGS community but if it's kosher to do so maybe someone will make another game too!
I think it's smart not to make another game as a sequel, guys. Part of what makes this game great is the multiple endings and without a direct sequel, those endings are all equally valid. I love that because it allows me to consider each one's impact on the world equally and dismiss none of them. It's more fun!
Agreed. I'm not inclined to do any sequels, but to the extent we did, it would have to be in the vein of "Fallen" -- not the same characters, and far enough removed in space and time to leave ambiguous exactly what went down in Metropol.
