So I combined the crystal cable + CPU + LED screen which I understand is supposed to give me a mobile sensor unit that I can use in the Junk pile. However when I try to use it it keeps saying it needs to be plugged in to a monitor? It's as if it didn't do the combintaiton correctly however the LCD screen is now gone from my inventory. When I hover the mouse over the sensor the desciption is still 'SENSOR + CPU'. Am I missing something or have I encountered a glitch?

There is a glitch related to the *labeling* of the item, but where I've encountered it before, it has not actually been game-stopping. Just to confirm a couple things:

(1) You're past the part where you plugged the parts into the UNNIIC and used it as the computer/monitor?

(2) You got the CPU from the AA gun and the LCD monitor from the UNNIIC.

(3) You no longer have any sensor related items (short cable, putty, sodium iodide crystal, LCD monitor, CPU) in your inventory.

(4) The item you have doesn't function as the energy sensor? (E.g., when you click what is labeled as SENSOR+CPU on, say, the emergency generator, it doesn't say something about detecting energy?)

Sorry to pester with questions, but I want to pinpoint what I can before proceeding. You could also send a save to mark@wormwoodstudios.com, and the coder and I can pore over it.

(Also, sorry for not responding faster -- I'm not as attentive to these forums as I should be.)

Thanks very much for your reponse - no need to apologise for the delay. My responses to your quesitons below:

1) This could be the issue - I don't recall using the parts at the UNNIIC, I have tried this on every interactive object I have found in the UNNIIC (interface, console, machine, cradle, radio, etc) but I always get the response 'I need to plug it in to a monitor'. Perhaps I haven't been able to find it - where exactly to I use these parts in the UNNIIC?

2) Yes, I got the CPU from the AA gun and and the LCD Monitor from the UNNIIC
3) I no longer have any of the sensor related items in my inventory, only the 'SENSOR+CPU'.
4) I can't use the item as an energy sensor - I've tried using it on the emergency generator but it just say 'I need to plug it in to a monitor'.

Can you help me locate a save file - I had a look at the games files but I'm not sure how to fine one...

How did you get the coordinates to put into the telescope? The only way it should be possible to get them is to plug the sensor parts into the port in the generator room of the UNNIIC. I wonder whether, if you used a walkthrough for the coordinates, that might somehow break things? (It shouldn't.)

Saved games should be in \Documents\My Saved Games\Primordia.

Ah ok no I didn't use a walkthrough to get the coordinate - I did plug the sensor in to the UNNIIC to get the coordinates to put into the telescope - I just didn't remember that it was those same parts I used.

I've emailed you a save file. Thanks again.

Got it! Go back into the generator room, you left the sensor parts plugged into the UNNIIC. You need to collect them, then plug them into the item that is (mis)labeled CPU+sensor. It should be labeled CPU+monitor. Once you combine the sensor parts with your item, you will have the energy sensor!

That's it! Damn I feel a bit stupid now! ha ha. Oh well. Listen thanks so much for the taking the time to help and for offering to check the code in the save file; that really is fastastic support and totally unexpected. Awesome game too by the way. Thanks again!

My pleasure! Sorry about the glitch!

I also wanted to know what the answer to this problem was thanks for posting.

Today, let us know what is the viewing angle of the full-color led display?
First, the full color LED display screen angle definition
The full-color led display viewing angle refers to the angle at which the user can clearly observe all the content on the screen from different directions. The viewing angle can also be understood as the ability to see the maximum or minimum angle of the screen. And the viewing angle is a reference value, and the LED full color display viewing angle includes two indicators of horizontal and vertical.
For example, the full-color led display usually has the following description in the technical parameters (visual angle: 140°/140°); the maximum viewing angle is 140°, and the horizontal and vertical maximum viewing angles are 140°, over 140 degrees. After that, the viewing is not good or there is a blind spot.
The horizontal viewing angle indicates that the vertical normal line of the full-color LED display (ie, the vertical imaginary line in the middle of the LED display) is normal, and can still be seen normally at a position perpendicular to the left or right of the normal. Display image, this angle range is the horizontal viewing angle of the LED full color display; also if the horizontal normal is taken, the upper and lower viewing angle is called the vertical viewing angle. In general, the viewing angle is based on contrast changes. When the viewing angle is increased, the contrast of the displayed image seen at the position will decrease, and when the angle is increased to a certain extent, the contrast is reduced to 10:1, which is the maximum viewing angle of the full-color LED display.

Second, the full-color LED display screen viewing angle factors

The larger the full-color LED large screen can be seen by the audience, the better the viewing angle is. However, the size of the viewing angle is mainly determined by the way the die is packaged, so it must be carefully considered when packaging the die.
In addition, the viewing angle has a great relationship with the viewing angle and distance. However, most LED display manufacturers are unified at present. If you customize the angle according to the situation on the spot, the cost will be high. In addition, the same chip, the greater the angle, the lower the brightness of the LED full color screen.
Hello, heartburnron! To all suggestions given above, I would like to add that you can install additional lighting panels or LED wifi smart bulbs to make your eyes damage lower and choose a comfortable color.
