1. What exactly is it? A person? I saw the ingame achievement, but never actually encountered this bot.

2. In a similar vein, is Steeple still a thing or was he destroyed before we had a chance to get there?

3. I also never got the code from the terminal/Memorium, so that might be related to that. (Figured the council door code out with the other fragments.)
I got two of the special words (OSTENSIBLE(?) and REDLIEN). How many are there and will all of them together give you the final code fragment?

4. What's up with the "hidden tape deck"? Does it unlock even more info about Horatio? (Also a achievement.)

5. What's the Medal for? ("small metal disk with a "U" on it".)

6. In the same vein, what's the Record for?

3. Yes, solving this puzzle will get you the final part of the code. There are quite a few words. Don't overthink it.

I'm trying to figure out where the blasted, excuse me, b'sodding tape deck is as well. Also, I had what I took to be the best ending, where Crispin, Horus/Horatio and Clarity are overlooking the ship with Leo, Ever-Faithful and a few others are hanging around the ship, but I didn't see the soldier or Primer. 187 didn't die by Scraper's guns, so where'd he go? Or was that a bug?

Not sure why 187 wouldn't be there under those circumstances. Maybe you just missed him?

Yeah, it's weird. I was trying for the achievement where everybody survives or whatever and can't get it. I couldn't tell if Primer and 187 were there, but so far as I know, there's nothing that you specifically have to do other than not let 187 die by Scraper in order for him and Primer to show up. Well that and tell Primer that you met his brother and give him his medal. Color me confused.

As long as 187th doesn't die, he should show up.
