1) In the the Unniic's bedroom the console that calls down the ladder looks out of place, like it doesn't line up with where it's placed on the wall and is blurry.

2) Outside the Unniic where there's plating with the ships name on it the top and right side have tearing.

Whoa. I've never seen this before. Did you change any of the graphics settings from the defaults?
Graphics filter: 4x anti-aliasing filter
- Smooth scaled sprites (fast CPUs only): check

I believe it's the "smooth scaled sprites" thing that's messing it up. It's one of the many dubious legacy features in AGS (the engine in which Primordia was made). Could you try turning it off?

Also, for what it's worth, the majority view is that the game looks better without anti-aliasing. I kind of like it on (because it better emphasizes the sinuousness of Vic's art), but almost everyone thinks otherwise.
Unchecking smooth scaled sprites didn't seem to effect either one. With anti-aliasing set to none the Unniic plating was barely noticeable, but knowing it's there it still looks like something doesn't line up right.

So I would try either:

Driver: DirectDraw5
Filter: 4x nearest neighbor
Side borders on widescreen monitor
(no other boxes checked on right)

or

Driver: Direct3D 9
Filter: 4x nearest neighbor
Side borders on widescreen monitor

Let me know how it looks on those settings. Sorry it's such a pain to get such a straighforward thing working properly!

Again it's barely noticeable but now that I know it's there I can still see a line running through that one section under Direct3D 9. Maybe it's the way that otherwise straight wire has one pixel out of place in line with a flat edge of that dark spot to the right. Under DirectDraw5 that wire just looks like it has a knot in it but the space inside the wires looks slightly smudged.

Yes, there could be an issue in D3D because of how it does sprite scaling.

In DDraw, do you have the HqX filter on? Because it doesn't look like it's just scaled up.
Driver: DirectDraw5
Filter: Hq3x filter (32-bit only)
If turning it on is any different from selecting it in the menu I don't see how.

Did you edit your post to say 4x nearest neighbor for both?

I did edit it, right after I initially posted it. I assumed I had gotten to it in time, since your post came an hour later, but apparently not. :/
I found another spot that looks odd.

3) This one is in the engineering room. The passage to the balcony had an outline around it.

I'm using Direct3D 9, 4x anti-aliasing filter again.

Beats me. Either you have a sharper eye than anyone else, or there's something odd going on here. I'll ask the artist to look at this thread.

I've seen the behavior of games change based on installed graphics drivers in the past. Planescape: Torment and Sanitarium were notorious for being picky about driver versions at one time. I wouldn't be all that shocked if everything I'm pointing out is due to a bizarre set of circumstances.

4) Which arm was the bomb under?

That's not a driver issue, that's an artist who ran out of time issue. :D
