I know that in the original DOS version passwords were computer specific. Maybe now that we all use the same DOSbox configured version they work across computers?

Here are the first 3 passwords I came across, maybe somebody can check them on their machine:

I suppose you've managed to kill that damn monkey boss from Level 3. How you did that? I'm starting to think I'm to old for this game ;)

I've found the passwords for level 5 & 6 (on easy difficulty)

Level 5: 1C0D
Level 6: 8757

I was unable to progress further in level 7 to find that password. I'll keep trying.
