Just as a heads-up for other people who might run into the same problem:

I tried running the game on an Intel HD Graphics 5500, and got weird glitchy and flickering graphics on the menus, and when in-game, moving and looking around would randomly flash the screen (potential seizure hazard!).

I solved it by simply going to the settings and turning off V-sync.
I guess a bit of frame tearing is way better than the flickering.

It could also be the DirectX renderer doing this as well, I've encountered the same type of glitched graphics while using it. It should tell you what renderer is being used in the console.
