I made a proper patch that should allow users to play both the US and European versions of Powerslave, as well as some other essential improvements

What's included:
- Necessary files to run both Powerslave and Exhumed from the DOSBox Launcher
- Launching Multiplayer boots to setup instead of directly into the game, allowing players to select a level
- Powerslave dehacker, an essential tool for fixing playability issues with the game
- Pre-patched executables via the dehacker, (patches can be removed or added through the dehacker as desired)
- updated DOSBox configuration files for improved performance
