WinCDEmu Portable is a very helpful tool for dealing with BIN / GOG files. For people having issues finding BOOK.MOV, please follow the instructions below:
1) Download and run https://wincdemu.sysprogs.org/portable/
2) Drag GAME.GOG into WinCDEmu's window and mount the file.
3) On your PC / laptop, go to "This PC" and you will see Powerslave mounted as a drive.
4) Open that new drive, find BOOK.MOV, and copy it into your PCExhumed installation folder or your sourceport of choice.
5) Back in WinCDEmu, unmount GAME.GOG and close WinCDEmu Portable.
