Cheats are working for me, I've tried most of the ones from here:

I am using a U.S. QWERTY keyboard, I know different keyboards have caused issues with other DOSBox games' cheats, so it could be related to that?

sorry to necro this post but did u try cheat mode with buildgdx as well? cause i cant seem to get cheatmode to work using that sourceport
