It's not exactly pixel art because it's too hi-res. "Low-poly" was another term that came to mind but after searching examples it's not quite that either. It's like mixture of both. Does this technique have specific name? It looks awesome imho.

Seems to be imitating the look of FPSes from the mid to late 90s. Couple examples: Half-Life 1, and Quake 3 Arena.
