Hi guys, I just installed Postal but it defaults to full screen which obviously looks horribly distorted on a widescreen monitor. Also, a small part of the interface is cut off above and below.
I could not find anything relevant in the game options.
Is there a way to force the game to run in the original 4:3 aspect ratio?

*** never mind, the issue was my monitor! -- And, I realized, some bug in the AMD drivers which prevents the GPU scaling to be changed to "preserve aspect ratio" :(

You can actually run this game in widescreen. The Widescreen Gaming Forum website has detailed instructions here, but the gist is that you open up a couple of .INIs and manually set your resolution and FoV. I run the game at 1680x1050 and it looks great!

I think he is talking about the first one, not Postal 2.

...I forgot this forum is for both games and not just 2. Derp.
