Postal is one of the worst games ever played.
it's too easy and too short to be remembered even if played at the highest difficulty level.
it seems more a shareware attempt than a retail game.
finally it's a mystery to me to find it here, as it isn't a Good Old Game at all!

p.s. if you think I'm right, please rate positively my posts here, thanks.

I didn't think it was that bad. I remember wanting it so badly back when it first came out.

Bad old game is more like it.

Each to there own as I say
I sank more time into the original Postal than most other games, it is certainly memorable to me.

I remember downloading the 30MB demo way back in the day, that download was so big it took two days to finish. I played the demo went out and bought the game with my own money which wasn't something I was able to do very often.

Why do you have such an aversion to it? Your thread doesn't detail any faults.

not enough clear? anyway the game is truly shit. please do not reply anymore...
I just found it boring myself, quit after a couple levels.

No idea about the sequels.
Postal series isn't that great and all of the games are trying to shock you with it's gore, but other than that there isn't that much of content in the games.
I actually liked Postal a bit more than Postal 2, mostly for the atmosphere of the game. The first game feels so disturbing and evil because, at least to me, it is devoid of humor. It just really feels like you are going completely Postal.
Yeah it is a bad game but it is a fun game. If you play it just using the guns then I can see why people would hate it
first is 2nd no it is not
I don't like to be repetitive, but Postal 1 is pure shit.
as a game, it is barely playable due to stupid unfeeling controls, it is boring due to heavily repetitive gameplay and it is lacking an even mediocre AI, there is not a challenge at all.
as for the contents, only an insane mind could have given birth to such an abomination.
who has low rated my thread either is in bad faith or is an idiot.

Postal 2 is at best, fun but any laughter during gameplay turns in to chuckles, then smirks, raised eyebrows and finally long, lengthy sighs.

POSTAL 2 Apocalypse Weekend expansion is truly terrible. I've purchased a fair number of gog games and it is by far the worst I've played.
I have to agree for the first Portal.... it is totally inconsistent, plays badly, is buggy, all around gets annoying very quickly. I was surprised because I thought I liked the demo back in the day. But it truly feels like something quickly slapped together without a concept except for trying to stir a controversy.

Postal 2 on the other hand I really enjoy, because there's this additional level of commentary to it. About how you're not actually forced to hurt anyone, but everyone seems to be out to get you and provoke you. It turns the entire violent video game discussion entirely on its head, which is quite funny and not as stupid as it seems on the surface (although a lot of the humour was quite juvenile). Part 1 on the other hand seems to just try to be the vilest game you could imagine, which isn't at all funny to anyone older than 14 years. (Huh, maybe that's why I remember liking the demo...)

I downvoted you because you wanted to state your opinion about the game, but as soon as some people had a different view you asked to "not reply anymore"... that's not how discussions work.
