Now for the question, are existing Postal 2 game saves compatible with the new updated version?

Or do we get to have the fun of playing again from the beginning?
I'd recommend playing from the beginning just to make sure you don't have issues with saves not being compatible. Considering the fact that a lot of significant changes were introduced in this version, I wouldn't be surprised if save games were NOT compatible with this new version.

when you probably half believed that whilst reading it.)
After that pre-order/DLC stunt that Sega pulled with Alien Isolation, nothing would surprise me anymore.

This update just made my day.

Although I am completely sane and until now (and hopefully never)
I was never overwhelmed by the urgent need to shoot someone
nor the need to dismember random persons in the street -
I must admit, blushing slightly:

As the game has had improvements to graphics (dismemberment in the original game, more variety in textures and NPC clothing and appearance and such), does this mean that the system requirements have increased? If so can we get the new system requirements?

Also, this is my second attempt to post this as my first seems to have been swallowed up by the internet void.

I'd recommend that you do a fresh install as the amount of changes might wreak havoc if you try to play on an older save.

I'm trying out the game on POSTAL mode, and it's certainly tough; you have to block out a few hours at a time.
