I can't figure out how to change the fov in Postal 2. I can't seem to find either of these lines in the User.ini.
DesiredFOV=85.000000
DefaultFOV=85.000000
DesiredFOV=85.000000
DefaultFOV=85.000000

Hey man, just saw your post - i know it's about time, while you're in game, simply open up the console pressing:
the ` key
Then type in:
fov 101.4
in the case of a 16:9 monitor
In the case of a 16:10 monitor try:
fov 95.4
I think you will have to set this each time you close and reopen the game.
Hope it helps anyone with the problem, works for me, since I couldnt find the User.ini FOV settings myself
