So, I just bought Postal4 and so far, I have no luck getting it running. I've followed the post to add the dxgi.dll to the game folder, installed the last version of C++ from Microsoft and had to copy the "Api-ms-win-downlevel-kernel32-l2-1-0" dll, because it was "missing", according to the game.
Pre requisite for UE4 always fails to complete, so the game never launches. Well it actually does, I can see processes in TaskMgr, but it hangs there and nothing happens. I have kept the log of the install failure if needed, but right now, I don't know what to do.
