Currently textures are blurry for some people with the 0.1.4.1.1 Update. I found an old workaround for it on steam that does the trick for me (YMMV).

While in the game enter the console with ~

Type in:

r.streaming.poolsize 0

Hit the enter button

Then type in:

r.streaming.usefixedpoolsize 0

Hit the enter button again and then the ~ button to close the console.

Hopefully a hotfix or a full patch will be issued soon enough, but in the meantime this will have to do...

Yeah, we posted this workaround on our Steam Forums a while back. We are currently 100% focused on optimization so hopefully we'll have something that'll fix this blurry textures issue once and for all
