I'm trying to launch this on Windows 11, every time I do so, I get an error message saying it needs Directplay installed with an option to install it. I click yes and it says it's been installed and then it prompts the same error again when I try to launch it.

Help?

Oh, it wants the legacy version.
I have no idea how to get that on Windows 11, but looking around "Add or remove Windows Features" might be a good start.

Think if you didn't install directx9.0c redistributable you should install it and then try to activate direct play.
