So I purchased Swat 3 from GOG earlier today, and when I try to run the program, I get a black screen first, then a loading bar pops up that says "Loading Scenarios" then back to black. I hear what sounds like a logo intro screen, although I can't see it, and after those sounds, nothing else happens. When I use CTRL+ALT+DEL to get to the Task Manager, under the Applications tab, it just says, Swat 3, Not Responding.

I followed some instructions from the support page on GOG, like get the Direct X from the Microsoft website, but the software installation tells me I have the latest Direct X and that it doesn't need installed. I tried running the program as Administrator and got the same results. I read about needing Indeo Codecs, so I downloaded and installed that, and I still get no results.

I do own the original CD version, and it's doing the same exact thing to me as the GOG version is. Only reason why I got it from GOG, I figured it would work, as the last time I played it on WinXP PRO SP3, the first mission, the guy you are looking for, never shows up, and I ran through that mission 3 different times before giving up.

Anyone else have this issue before, able to help out?
