Hey, does anyone play SWAT 2 multiplayer? Does the multiplayer even work nowadays?

I have the original cd and was able to setup the host my own game over tcp/ip, windows firewall prompted for access twice and I had to Alt-Tab and allow Access. I have the version with a 2 at the end. I needed another player to join. Looks like it would be fun! Especially with the level editor

its been a while since ive visited GOG, but if you are still interested, i still would love to try the multiplayer

ive got the original CD too, i tried to do the "direct IP connect" thing with another guy i found through youtube once but it didnt work

Hi there, I'm definitely still interested in playing, but i think we would have to play on LAN, trying to use the IP-connect thing didnt work with the other guy

Anyone get tbis to work? I use to play this alot when it was on Won.net, I think it would be really fun to play online again

Swat 2 on Won.net was my first online multiplayer experience. I was young and not a competitive player but it was good fun. I remember they day the shut it down, I just grabbed a new copy of the game because the one older copy of the game I found would install due to damage.

I would like to play multiplayer again.

did you guys end up playing multiplayer? I dont think its possible, unless maybe with hamachi?

And if anyone remember the WON network, i went by the name of Outlaw or happykiller

We never were able to get it working, unfortunately. I'd be willing to play if anyone ever figures it out, though.
