I do know how to play the game, me and the missus completed it when it first came out.

I suspect that the answer to my question is "that's just the way it is."

I can use the radio when out of the car, but I can find no way to operate the radio when driving.

Surely it should be proper police procedure that when dispatch radio you to say there is a crashed vehicle you need to attend you respond "roger dispatch, en route to crashed vehicle at X, Y? (or something similar)

Is there a way to use the radio when driving?
