I used to play Police Quest 1 many times back in the days when I had a Tandy 1000. I still have the original city map and such somewhere from the boxed game.

I was delighted to find the game series on GOG, so I bought them.

My problem is that I run Windows 10, and I can't get the game to launch.

I click Play and nothing happens.

Are you using DOSBOX or SCUMMVM?

If you're familiar with DosBox (and it has all the files; meaning if you have the installer with ScummVM, they don't include all the files), I'd recommend configuring DOSBOX.
