So I have a problem- my game runs fine, but when I try to run via the MOD app I get a "Runtime 5 error". Tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times to no avail. any suggestions?

Which PQ are you talking about? Regardless of which one it is, you may need to right-click & select "Run as Administrator."
