When will the offline installer for v1.06f be available?

Bump, it is almost in grasp at the Slitherine website, barring a serial code.
Does GOG have any plans to make the latest patch available for their customers? Or at least explain why not. I concede that the changelog doesn't look very impressive, but this is true for patches of other games, too, and the Steam forums don't indicate any issues with this patch - so QA isn't an excuse for withholding this patch (released more than two months ago).
GOG shouldn't give customers reasons for spending their money elsewhere.

Changelog:
- Incorrect range of the MIRV missiles
- Construction sometimes stops due to the lack of population
- Lumens cannot feed the population of the conquered planets

It went live on Galaxy almost immediately, so it is available through there for the time being. I have no idea why the offline installer hasn't been updated yet, though.

It is a small update, but if you want to play as the Lumens it's critical (they were functionally unplayable earlier, due to the Lumens UI not having anywhere to track your food production and consumption, but conquered people still needing to eat).

Thanks.
Would GOG mind to comment why they withhold a patch they offer via Galaxy from their customers who don't use Galaxy. Have people using Galaxy paid more than the others, or what is the reason? Are you deliberately treating people who don't want to use Galaxy as second-class customers?
Active, cool.

Indeed! Thanks, GOG.
Nevertheless: It's hard to understand why 1.06f (available since end of July) was given to Galaxy users, but not via direct download. Well, at least 1.06g has been made available for direct download users in a timely manner.
