Just for info for anyone else who may be struggling. Had a couple of issues after buying this game.
Firstly it would not allow you to enter the Settings on the Pre-Menu Screen. The game would not recognise
the mouse at all on the games main Menu.
Next after exiting the game and trying to verify files, it would attempt to Update / Patch and locked up at 92%

**To fix this I uninstalled completely, then used the self install files.

Second problem, The game now recognised the mouse on the main menu and now it had the games music too
but, it would crash again upon trying to start the tutorial.

** To fix this I went to where it was installed and edited a Config file ( CFG ) named - Remember
changing the Screen Size settings to match what I had monitor set to. 1920 x 1080

After doing this the game now works perfectly ( for me ) if I start the game from it's own EXE within the installation folder. Trying to start from Galaxy will cause the game to freeze up again. The game itself is pretty decent and worth the trouble.
