I have an intermittent issue when I quit that the music keeps playing but nothing responds. A quick control-alt-del, task manager and kill pod3dfx gets me out of it.

^^Your issue with post-race game hanging is one that has plagued POD for many years, even on the original retail releases. Sadly, the only fix is what you've been doing: killing the process, starting it back up again. I have never been able to find a definitive cause.

the game still works on another PC all 64-bit. on 32-bit PC will not. Thank you.
