So, as I'm sure some of you are aware, there has been a POD Wiki for some time, but it has been locked to editing and registration due to a spambot attack. The spambots have stopped attempting to access the wiki, and I have just finished upgrading the mediawiki software and adding a captcha for unregistered users to deal with future attacks. For those who are curious, you can find the wiki at http://www.podwiki.org . The wiki is open to edits and upgrades, and if I get sufficient reminders, I'll probably set it up to host the tracks and cars and whatever else it can take to keep it all in the same place.

The sections most in need of information would be the Patches, Tools, and Tutorial sections found in the sidebar to the left. I would also appreciate if anyone would point out any errors they see with the skin, because upgrading the mediawiki version destroyed certain aspects of it and I haven't been able to find them all yet. If anyone is able to give a faithful translation from German to English, there are also some files in the file list that are scans of the lore section of the German hardcover manual released with some versions of the game, which have parts that were never released in the English manuals.

Long story short, this game has a wiki again, and it's up to all of us to fill it up.

My English isn't good enough, but I might try to describe the meaning.

I have done some professional translation work, although it was mostly English->German, but the reverse should be easy for me. I'll take a look!

P.S. I took a look. This doesn't seem difficult at all. I've never worked on a wiki before, so can you let me know how you want me to take care of this?

I stumbled up this thread and want to drop my 5 cents here (cling clang):

As podwiki was originally created by me and then transferred to Glitchfinder, it sadly became really abandoned since Glitchfinder never had much time to manage it. You can read the full story here: http://vibeware.net/showthread.php?tid=8

As it's completely down now, I wanted to know if there would be some active authors for a new wiki I could host on my server.
