POD dont works.

My System:
Windows 98SE
Geforce 4MX Detenator 56,64
nforce 2.41
Direct X 9c
Diamond Monster 3d Voodoo1 Treiberversion 4.10.01.1600
Q242937 Patch für Windows
Biostar M7ncg

Result: Graphic error with Geforce 4MX. Look at the pictures.

If i will start Pod in 3DFX mode. Windows write: Dont find s3dtkw dll. I download s3dtkw dll and copy in any folders.
Pod dont works with 3dfx too.

Please help me.

If I remember correct this is how the menu looks like if your desktop is not running with 16-bit colors.
Be more precise please: POD release, version, patch?

The CD is from Gold Games 7.

I think not patched.

My Desktop have 16bit, and 32bit and 256colors. All the same error :-(

Never got my hands on the GG7 release... however,

- s3dtkw is for the [ATI] S3D [Virge], you selected the wrong version on install or run the wrong game binary.
- 2.1 is quite old, try updating POD to at least 2[.2].8
- make sure DisplayMode=0 in your Ubi.ini for POD.
- try to play around with PodHacks

i start the file "WINPOD" from hdd

The UBISoftlogo doesn't shown at the beginning
I have the problem from the picture in post 1.
I click to UBI Online
error message: no dial modem
The graphic error is gone.
I can play in a window 640x480
But i works only sometimes.

Yesterday, i had bought 2in 1 Pack POD Gold and Back to hell. PC Action. I have the same problems.

With my Diamond Monster 3d Voodoo1, i cant play. -> Blackscreen :-(

Hi, did you ever figure this out? I am having the exact same issue.

I am using a retail copy of pod big box, I get the same weird distorted screen as the image you posted.
