Since there are many mods floating around the internet that are not supported by the 3Dfx versions of PoD Gold, I was recommended by LGR (who runs PoD Phreak) to ask here to see if anyone knows of any links to a tool or patch that can do this sort of conversion.

I understand if this happens to be an impossible thing to actually do with non-3Dfx mods, but it's worth asking.
