Help me by God's love !! The cars I install on the cd patcher appear in the game and then disappear, except for the 8 traditional cars.

I installed bat, deuch, loris. but they all disappear, I do not know what I will do. In the cd patcher says that it is installed, but they are not present in the game. And they simply uninstall themselves by doing every single time install them again. It happens also in the exchange of cars the pod to create copies of the original 8, in the load new car.

EX: I have an av1, it creates another av1 in load new cars causing error in the game.
