Since 2016-06-14 there is 1.2.0 official released.
When can we hope for an update of 1.1.3?

Depends on when the dev sends the update to GOG and how quickly it can be processed by GOG and considering they are in the middle of a sale things might be a bit hectic.

So the earliest it can show up is next week monday or even later.

Ok, this happened with more one game, more then once. Is it really so difficult to add link on patch in library??? Why do i need to redownload and reinstall game when updates comes???
