I plan to bounce back and forth from my laptop and main pc as I travel. Any idea where saves are located so I can easily move them from one machine to another?

Thanks!

I don't own the game, but the save game data should be located here: %USERPROFILE%\Documents\Planescape Torment - Enhanced Edition\save\

GOG Galaxy doesn't currently support cloud saving for this game, but it will probably do in the future: this will make easier to transfer savegames between computers.

They are here:
Windows %USERPROFILE%\Documents\Planescape Torment - Enhanced Edition\save\
macOS (OS X) ~/Documents/Planescape Torment - Enhanced Edition/save/
Linux ~/.local/share/Planescape Torment - Enhanced Edition/save/

Utterly stupid decision, I hate it when game developers make the consumers to store all saves on system partition when many people have it rather small (I have 128 GB fast SSD). Another reason to buy the original and not this.

You can move Windows libraries to another drive. For instance, if you want to move your Documents folder, right click on it and select "Properties", then click on the "Location" tab, click on "Move..." and select the desired destination.

Didn't know that, thanks, this will come in handy :). Still, the decision to store all game related stuff there is stupid IMO, that's what I'm creating a specific game directory for.
Thank you for the help gang! This'll do until cloud saves hit with 1.2 Can't wait for that. Anyways, found my save and I'm good to go. Thanks again!
