Does GOG's planescape come with additional patches and tuning or is it the same version as interplay left it?

All the games GOG sells are just the original game, plus all official updates, minus the DRM. For any unofficial updates to the game, you are on your own, but GOG does provide a sticky thread in the forum here with links to everything you might need.
