I can't find this NPC for the life of me. The mod installed just fine: the original Ratbone has been renamed to Carver. I checked every nook & cranny in Ragpicker's Square, but no Ratbone. Where is he?

He should be in near Sharegrave's Guildhouse. Go to this guide and check the are near number 3 on the map :)

No, that's where Ratbone was in the unmodded game; with UB installed, that NPC is renamed Carver. The new Ratbone is in the quadrant of the Hive occupied by the Smoldering Corpse Bar and Fell's Tattoo Parlor.

You're both wrong. The new Ratbone is in Ragpicker's Square, north of Mebbeth's hut, but south of the walkway that leads to the junk-portal. I found him by accident.

Go figure. Could have sworn that the Dustie hanging out behind the Clueless swordsman was Ratbone waiting to take him away, but glad you found him :)

Well, that NPC (Rake-Chaser, IIRC) is involved in the same quest as the "new" Ratbone. :-)
