Hello,
I have installed the first three mods from this guide: http://www.gog.com/news/mod_spotlight_planescape_torment_mods_guide.
The game looks great but I would prefer to tweak a few things and I don't know if or how it is possible.

The bottom bar is very small. It is especially hard for me to distinguish the buttons at the bottom right (inventory, journal etc.).Also when I click these buttons a new window pops out (ie. the inventory) which seems a little bit too small for my taste.
Is there a way to resize the bar and the pop out windows without ruining the excellent hd resolution?

Finally is there a way to zoom the viewing angle in and out while playing? It would be extremely useful.

Thank you for your time and I wish you a Happy New Year.

If you want to resize the GUI for a high resolution, then this mod should be useful to you.
I've never tried it tbh since I typically only use a 1024*768 resolution when I use the widescreen mod with PS:T, but it should work.

As for zooming, I'm afraid that's impossible. The camera is isometric, so it's fixed. It's an engine limitation, there's no way to mod it.
One of the major things to remember is that PST is a bitmap-based sprite game, so you should absolutely not for any reason run it at your native resolution on a modern monitor. All that does is make everything ridiculously tiny because nothing is scaled. I'd recommend not going any higher than 1024xsomething. That keeps the interface at a decent size and the sprites at a decent size but the areas don't feel quite so claustrophobic. (Personally I like 800x600 pillarboxed, but that's not for everyone.)

With the widescreen mod set at an appropriate level and ghostdog's UI mod, you shouldn't have any problems.
Thanks to both of you!
I reinstalled the game and the widescreen mod and I chose 1280*800 instead of my native 1680*1050 resolution. Things are much better now.
The lack of camera zoom in/out is not such a problem anymore.
In my opinion, don't go with anything higher than 1280++ resolution. Anything higher than that will make everything looks tiny. This is the same reason why i kept reinstalling my games. Once you start your game, you're' not recommended to change it or it will introduce lots of crash.
Where are people DLing the widescreen mod from?

The link in the guide seems to be broken?
