Get yourself a hex editor. Go to the Planescape Torment Enhanced Edition folder and edit "Torment.exe". Make a backup copy first in case this blows up later and sets your house on fire.

Go to offset 0x52A744

Change "LOGO" to "BISLOGO".

Save.

Start the game.
