So I've installed the game with all the recommended mods (fixpack, tweaks, UB, bigg's widescreen and ghostdog's UI) and my game now looks beautiful.

Problem is: the ambient sound emits a low frequency buzzing sound that is giving me a massive headache whenever I try to play the game with the headphones on.

Any help?

Hey try the solution I found in a forum or otherwise you can disable it. Some people have this problem as well and there isn't really a fix for it.

"try changing the audio hardware acceleration. (Control panel -> Sounds -> Volume -> Speaker settings -> Advanced -> Performance -> Hardware acceleration). Move around the slider and see if the problem is fixed. "
