I've installed a completely fresh copy of planescape torment, and my save game files are disappearing.

Platform is OSX El Capitan, v. 10.11.6

Steps to reproduce:
1) Install a fresh copy of PS:T
2) Start a new life. Allocate stats to whatever, move through the initial conversation with Morte, to make the save game option available.
3) Save the game once, call it "one"
4) Save the game again, call it "two"
5) Quit and restart. Attempt to resume life. You will see only the savegame "two" available.

I've navigated to Library/Application Support/Gog.com/Planescape Torment/save, and watched as multiple save files are created when I perform multiple saves, and then watch all but the most recent disappear as I quit and restart the game.

I had this bug with my existing copy, so I wiped and reinstalled, and have now confirmed it with fresh. Anyone else experiencing this?

This might be related to www.gog.com/forum/planescape_torment/game_cant_find_save_games_after_new_mac_update, but the fix posted there (reinstallation) did not help in my case.

I have the same exact situation and also am running OSX El Capitan, v. 10.11.6 . Haven't found a solution for this yet.

I submitted a bug report about this a few days ago. GOG just updated the game today and says the issue should be fixed.

What happened was that all your saved game folders would get stuffed into the folder for the latest saved game, so the application could only find the last one. You can navigate to the directory and move them all up one level so the game can see them again, but every time you restart the game, it did it again.
