I found out how to do this recently so here is how you put PST in windowed. Go to the torment.ini file then find Fullscreen=1 and change it to Fullscreen=0 Hope this helped someone.

Thanks a lot, I just dropped in here to see if this was an option for the game. Nice to see I can play it windowed without modding the game.
