So I was listening to the Planescape: Torment soundtrack and noticed something funny. Not sure if this is well known or not, I for one hadn't known about this.
First, listen to Nordom's theme from the game:

Now that's some sneaky sampling done for a song in a video game! But then, Mark Morgan has done some seriously great game soundtracks (the first two Fallouts come to mind).
