EDIT: SOLVED (as with all problems in life, the solution was candy).

I seem to be stuck and I am beginning to think I might have done things in the wrong order and messed up somehow.

I found out and confronted Kessai-Seris regarding her being related to Ravel before getting the portal from the foundry or even getting the Dodecahedron. I didn't have a handkerchief on me at the time and now there doesn't seem to be a way to confront her again and get the blood on the handkerchief. Am I missing something?

I now have the portal and the advocate has been allowed to speak to his daughter.
