About an hour into the opening act. I've installed the list of mods provided by Paul and it runs super...except, my avatar, sidekick, and various mortuary goons run around backwards about half the time. Is this a glitch with a mod, or just a bug original to the main program?

Try turning on the software mirroring option, pretty sure that will fix your problem

Having the same problem.

I'm running it on Windows 7 Pro 64-bit with an Nvidia 400 series card if that helps.

This one i believe related to lack of direct draw support on modern OS and GPU.

This one fix my problem:
http://www.shsforums.net/topic/48732-ddraw-fix/?s=761c7c633daa4d3083e2bea54dfaf44d

But it might not works on Windows XP and below.
