After aplying all the patches and adjusting the game to my resolution of 1600x900, I find the menus in game too small and hard to read. When you right click an item, reading it's description is quite hard.

Is there some way to adjust that? It seems that the mod that increases text size do not affect these menus.

Not as far as I know. That's why I play at less than my native resolution. That and the scenery is too small to make anything out at the higher res (at least with my small-ish monitor).

So unless you have a massive monitor, It's probably best to play this at lower resolutions - depending on personal preference, of course. I play at 1024x768 even though that's much lower than my native resolution.
